Impact-Immobilien AG finalizes 4 new building projects
Fortunately, Impact Immobilien AG was not or only marginally affected by the pandemic-related restrictions, so that all ongoing construction projects could be completed as planned.
The joy was enormous when the children from the Nathalie Foundation boarding school were able to visit their new home for the first time in June. They were enormously fascinated by the new surroundings, the spacious rooms and especially the attractive playground.
The boarding school and the school for the Nathalie Foundation in Gümligen and the new "House for People" of the Töpferhaus Foundation in Suhr were completed on time and were already occupied at the beginning of July 2021, as was the medical practice in the SILBERGARTEN in Derendingen.
From August 2021, the obstacle-free and affordable apartments will also be ready for occupancy, as will the new replacement building in the Ziegelhöfe for the Mobile Basel association.
