1. General & Cooperation
Invethos is a bank-independent asset manager. The client's assets are still held at a bank - Invethos can work with the assets - manage them - through a limited power of attorney.
Private individuals, foundations, occupational pension schemes and public corporations.
In most cases, it's mainly about getting to know each other. We clarify your financial resources and obligations, ideas and dreams, goals and what is standing in your way. The initial consultation is free of charge and non-binding.
We have a very good investment mandate from an asset size of CHF 50,000.
In our industry, it is customary to charge a percentage of the assets under management on a quarterly basis. The amount of the percentage depends on the effort and complexity.
2. Asset management
With an "asset management mandate", we take all investment decisions and are guided by the agreed risk profile. In the case of asset management, we make suggestions, but the client decides for themselves.
For example, you have two banking relationships and one investment property. It would be helpful to be able to show all your assets in a directory (or in the online portal) and make informed decisions on this basis.
As a rule, we report on the performance of our mandates on a quarterly basis. We publish a detailed sustainability report once a year.
Of course you can. We have access to a leading ESG database. This even enables us to put together completely customised ESG portfolios.

3. Impact Investing & Sustainability
Impact investments that have a social or environmental impact in addition to a financial return. They differ from investments with a market return on the one hand and a donation on the other.
That depends. Our portfolios are put together in such a way that the carbon footprint is significantly reduced compared to a conventional investment and that companies that cause damage are excluded. Apart from impact investments, the "engagement" - the shareholder dialogue - has the greatest positive impact. Here we work together with the Ethos Foundation.
